    The Associate Director of Campus Ministry for Religious Diversity and Ecumenical Christian Ministry provides ministerial leadership and vision for Campus Ministry as a member of the department leadership team, serves as the primary animator of Ecumenical Christian Ministry on campus, and supervises the Campus Minister for multi-faith support (envisioned) to ensure the development of opportunities for faith formation, religious practice, and religious literacy development across the spectrum of religious traditions at the University of Dayton. Supports diverse Christian identities and practices within the campus community. Leads weekly worship and creative ministry programming. Is attentive and responsive to cultural diversity among students, including but not limited to African American worship experiences. Convenes and oversees a volunteer advisory council of local ordained Christian ministers.

    10.5 months with full benefits. Salary commensurate with experience.
