    Associate Chaplain for Buddhist and Interfaith Programs & Director of the Davidson Meditation Initiative

     

    Position description:

    As a member of the Chaplains' Office team, the individual in this position will foster Buddhist, meditation, and interfaith programming for the college community; provide pastoral care and counseling to students, faculty, and staff of all religious traditions or no particular tradition; provide a Buddhist voice and presence at college gatherings; and promote a campus environment that values religious particularity, diversity, inclusiveness, and pluralism.     The opportunity:

    This is a full-time, 12-month position.  The position qualifies for full-time regular benefits. The starting salary will be in the low $50,000s. Application materials are due November 15, 2020.
