In 2024, ACSHLE will convene its annual conference in Los Angeles on the beautiful campus of the University of Southern California. Join us for an inspiring gathering of university chaplains and spiritual life professionals who are dedicated to transforming the higher education context by serving the needs of undergraduates, graduate and professional students, faculty, staff, administrators, and local communities.

USC Hotel

A block of rooms is reserved with a conference rate of $199/night

Rate is valid until block is filled and will expire on January 1, 2024. We suggest booking as soon as possible. Book your reservation now to insure you're conveniently located in the hotel. Reserve your room at the conference rate.

Hotels, Airports, and More

The USC Hotel is the ideal location to reserve a room, and also offers the easiest access to the main campus. If you are looking to save money, consider rooming with another ACSLHE member, or locating alternative housing arrangements. Ideally, if you are without a vehicle, you can stay anywhere along the Expo Metro Line (E Line) which has 3 metro stops along campus. You may also consider finding lodgings along Figueroa St, somewhere between USC and Downtown LA, as the Dash Bus is a cheap public transport option that regularly departs campus heading north to Downtown LA along Figueroa St. 

In the event the USC Hotel reaches its capacity, here are three hotels in Downtown LA that we recommend: 

• The Biltmore Los Angeles
• Sheraton Grand Los Angeles (Marriot)
• Hotel Indigo DTLA

Recommended Airports: Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) or Burbank Hollywood Airport (BUR aka Bob Hope Airport). Although BUR is much smaller, it is equal in distance to the USC campus, as compared to LAX. It is also easier to navigate, less crowded
