Director of Campus Ministry

POSITION SUMMARY

It is the responsibility of this position to create, implement, and maintain a vision for the Office of Campus Ministry that reflects and promotes the University’s core values as a Catholic Benedictine institution. The director will provide strong leadership with solid rooting in the Roman Catholic faith while also exemplifying ecumenical and interfaith competency. This position works collaboratively with all members of the University community, especially with the monastic community, the Office of Student Affairs, faculty, and the Benedictine Institute, offering intellectual and pastoral leadership. This position reports to the Dean of Students and works with the Abbot of Saint Martin's Abbey to ensure pastoral care of all members of the University community.
